It occurred to me this should be asked since I looked into this for my laptop battery and found there is an ideal way to maintain it.
Lipo cells don’t have any sort of memory effect or anything (that’s only relevant to nicd’s, and debatably so)
The cells themselves can be killed from overcharging or excessive discharge, but there’s circuitry to prevent that.
So no special care necessary for max life.
They’ll lose capacity with charging/discharging, doesn’t matter if it’s a full or partial cycle (I.e fully charging and then fully discharging is basically equivalent to discharging and charging halfway twice)

ive always been told that if your not using the device for an extended period of time it should be charged to about 60%. this applies to all LIPO in terms of life extension. other than that all Lipo batteries degerade over time. shelf life is supposed to be 2 years. my op1 is older than that and still outlasts all my other electronics!
