OP 1 Field NEWBIE Questions

i only got this lovely device a few weeks ago. I have made 3 jams one for one minute and two for about 3 minutes.
one question i ran out of storage for sampling? so I deleted all these random samples

I also noticed in using the field app on my mac that all of the tracks from the tapes folder default to 6 minutes and use up a lot of space.
would love help in trimming them . when I tried to trim and save over it said it couldn’t so I just saved them on my mac and deleted them on the oP

2nd question. What are all these folders named “SLOTS” with the same samples that I had in the snapshot folder?? and can I delete them. I don’t understand

and 3rd question what is the user folder because it is empty
