OP-1 Field Sound Leak

Hello,

I still can hear sound from my OP-1 field when the Volume knob is turned down to Zero. Is it normal? The only way to have complete silence when playing a tape or even a note in the synth section is to go to mixer mode and set the master out to zero.

Please let me know if this is a normal behavior or if I need to change something in the settings or even if I likely have a defective unit.

hello there. this is not normal. when volume knob is at zero, there should be no sound

Power on holding Com, then choose 8 System Menu. From here you can see the option to reset volume pot calibration, does doing that fix it?
