Do you think TE will ever upgrade hardware or stick with the current form for good and just release new stuff?
Also any insider info on an update for OP-1?
Consensus here seems to be that there will never be an OP-2 or other OP-1+, etc. Just doesn’t seem like TE’s style to iterate over one device. They will probably continue to make new devices different than the OP-1. Whether they make a drum machine and call it OP-2, or something like that, is a completely different issue. But no, probably no OP-1+, OP-2, OP-1S (Apple naming :-).
I imagine there will be a firmware update announced later this month at NAMM. Or something new. Or both!
