How is your experience with OP-Z iOS app guys? It doesn’t generate any sounds etc, but seems like it is very heavy battery drainer. I wish TE could optimise this, as this is “just a screen” app. I think it is using more battery than many advance soft synths on iOS.
The screen is the biggest battery drain on an iPhone. I just plug mine in while I use it.
I can browse internet on my iPad with screen on for many hours, with OP-Z app I’m on 30-40% battery after ~2hrs use.
Ouch. Mine isn’t that bad. It drains the same as any other app. Try reinstalling the app maybe?
I don’t have any iOS device, but I can assure you it’s the same on MacOS and Android. No optimization at all.
