is the input and output stereo or mono only

both in and out jacks are stereo
but since the mic input on the opz combo jack is mono
the input is summed to mono
the output stays stereo.

can it ensure the OPZ work then as audio through? Lets say I want to play a monosynth through OPZ and OPZ outputs both signals in stereo?

yes it does u can mix external sources with the output of hte OPZ

Just signed up for notifications, this is exactly what I’m looking for. I got one of the first batch of OP-Z’s(the misprinted ones) but have been to busy/distracted to use it. Revived my dead battery today (who knew li-ion was so finicky about long-term storage?) and now I’m ready to explore the sampling features. This splitter will make that much more exciting!

it would be cool if they made some sort of audio interfacing module for the OPZ so we can have a line level input and some extra features or something although i don’t know what else they could add for a module like that. maybe a cue output?
Can you let me know when these are back in stock please? I sold mine and now I need another one.
