At least they got back to you. They never responded about my double trigs and warped unit. I still love using it, just a pain sometimes to enter trigs or play live, and I wonder about its longevity.
I can ask them for discount to you? 
Your back panel is on backwards. That’s why it’s not flush.

The Bluetooth button is supposed to be on the other side, like another user mentioned. No wonder there’s that big gap.
