are these mpc controllers able to be standalone midi controllers on there own
without having to be tied to a computer?
if not your prolly SOL unfortunately.
these types of things are usually not designed in this way.
an MPD controller would work in a heartbeat prolly tho
no extra midi usb host would be needed either (rk006)
as the Z is a usb midi host itself

gabe miller music on youtube was able to connect a microfreak to it with midi cables but he still had it connected to computer so…
