How would I know if my Ortho remote is updated to the latest firmware and how would I get it. I own my ortho remote now for about one year but use it more regularly in the last days with MIDI BLE. My problem is that I have always to reconnect my Ortho remote as a new device. With other BLE devices this is not the case. It looks like Ortho remote is always providing a random number as a device id. Is there a chance to fix this ?

Hello, I have the same problem, my two OR-1 lose the connection to the Mac from time to time. Then I have to reconnect them as completely new devices. In doing so, they always lose the settings previously made via sysex (relative mode, CC number etc) and reset themselves to default settings.
How can I fix this?
