The headphone/output suddenly stopped working. The internal speaker still works; it just doesn’t switch over when a minijack is plugged in. I’ve tried a factory reset, etc.
Has anyone had this problem?
I had this problem… required sending out for repairs to replace the board. For me the right channel and microphone stopped working.
Sent in twice to get the board repaired 
sounds like something up w/ the switching mechanism on the output jack
u could try cleaning the jack w/ some deoxit or similar
might not be the thing but its an easy/cheap try
shame that the connector board doesn’t seem to be as easily accessible as it is on the OG ??
if anyone wants to snap some pics tho
(or share if there are already pics out there)
maybe we can figure out the parts for this kind of stuff just like we did for the OG

Yeah, TE support said I need to send it in. Oh well, this is the first QC issue I’ve had with their products (and I own nearly all of them!).

Good for you. I made a mistake by buying at local dealer. If something is broken and they could not fix it - I’m lost.
im pretty sure TE will do repairs regardless of where you purchased it, it will cost money tho.
Well… paying a few hundreds dollars plus shipping to Sweden is like being lost
