Pair OP-XY with TX-6 vs. TP-7 for Recording?

so I first would have to record the OP-XY audio with the TP-7. Then I’d have to connect the latter to my computer or smartphone and record its output including the wheel action into an application, without the need for another audio interface? Do I understand this right?

Just tried to do it all in one pass and that didn’t work for me (might be possible w/ a future update tho). Audio from XY gets summed with internal audio from TP and passed thru to my daw:

yeah it didn’t work for me either. the audio of the scratching only gets sent from the main out of the tp7 in the following scenarios from my experimentation:

1. playing recorded material (i.e. the material which is fwd or rwd will sound through the main out)
2. in mixdown mode connected to tx6
