This is a very specific question, but maybe someone knows. Kronos can act as a USB host. I can play Kronos from OP-1, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to do the opposite. Anything obvious I’m missing? I fiddled with channels to no avail.
Hi, fellow Kronos / OP1 owner!
Unfortunately, the Kronos only supports Midi input when acting as a USB Host for class compliant MIDI devices. This means you can control the Kronos from the OP1, but not the OP1 from the Kronos via USB.
I use a Kenton USB MIDI Host with my OP1 to integrate in with all the rest of my MIDI gear, and it works great.
