Does the OP-1 Field support stereo lav mics that work on plug-in power? Not phantom.
Example is the Clippy EM272:
This will probably not work. The only way to use a plugin power mic is to connect it with adapters to the headphone out jack. But then its mono only.
have you tried this? Connecting one normally, I mean.
From what I know, OP-1 Field has mono input and it does not provide plug-in power. I’ve tested it with Tascam TM-10L. Doesn’t work.
I have a thread somewhere around here about microphones for OP-1 Field. If you want a lavalier, you either need to find one that’s dynamic and uses TRS 3.5mm connector (very rare) or you can buy something designed to work with cellphones/laptops with TRRS and plug it into the input jack. (OP-1 field fully supports headsets.)
