My current live rig.

@M_Prod Is that a Solaris? Always curious about those. The rotors got me excited.
Yes it is. Rotors are cool although I tend not to use them that much. Merely because there are sooo many other things you can do with it ;-) lately I have been playing a lot with the onboard step sequencer. I use the op-1 mostly to sequence the moog.

@wingo, what pedal are you using there? Is the MicroBrute running through there?

Just set this up. Of course, the OP-1 will be part of the arrangement. It’s beautiful in that it saves a lot of space. When it’s closed, takes up hardly any room at all.

Next step is to trick it out on the inside w/ a few stickers and pictures.

Ooo oui oui!

^ Unflattered you should get some velcro and stick your hardware down so that all you have to do is fold the door down and start playing

It’s actually really simple. Pull down, pull HW forward, and blaze!

I moved the monitors into the cabinet. Ear-level, and still room to store the gear.

I like the imagery, though.

it’s there… in the front row

@piotr That is some nice spaghetti there!

Yummm! @Virtual_Flannel

Current arrangement:

do i see hd 600’s in the front?

do you find you control the sub 37 more then play it?

@dimi3 I play the sub 37 more than controlling it. I have the octatrack set up to control everything in the room with some thru boxes, but the 37 just begs to be played live. The feedback and multidrive create some really organic, almost unpredictable sounds that have a very alive feeling. Perhaps you ask because it is buried behind a couple things which is a bit inconvenient. My arms get tired reaching for the knobs for too long.
The headphones are HD650s. I had a foster dog chew through the cables on the Audio Technica ATH m50s which I miss terribly for use with the OP-1.
The combination of machines in the picture is a pretty recent arrangement and I can’t wait to get some tunes going in there.

Damn @Lymtronics that is a crazy rig right there! Voyager XL and Sub 37, nuts! Octa and is that an A4? Also is it an MS20mini that is right in front of the camera?

@Virtual_Flannel yeah, you see all those things correctly. It seems spoiled, but I’ve spent all the money I’ve had leftover after rent, food, and beer for ten years collecting and trading stuff. Ive also always got my eye out for a good bargain.

I have a temporary office/dungeon at the moment that I really, really like! But it is all going to be even better when I move into my new batcave some time after xmas. Then I´ll have room for that Monomachine hiding under that wooden thing for pens and stuff to the left.

Oh ya man, I get it! I used to live alone in a cheap apartment and make a lot of money. Let’s just say I had quite the studio back then. Now I have a wife and shitty job, so I have to flip a lot of gear and keep my studio tight! Hopefully soon when things settle down in my life I can get back to building my studio. Enjoy it man! Looks like a lot of fun, plus you make some great tunes in there!

@sloman Really like the set up! Nice Drum machine (tanzbar right?), Sick modular and OP-1. All you need.

@Virtual_Flannel yeah it´s the Tanzbär  Really like the sounds and tweakability + I can use it to sequence modular stuff!

Love that ikea desk, but do your monitors work being blocked by that panel? Maybe you can make a mod to add hinges so that board can swing open and shut.

@piotr, you always have stunning photos in beautiful environments.
