I’m not sure, if i should change from OP-1 to OP-1F. What is the max lift time in the OP-1F? Still 90sec? And for all tracks 22sec?
No max lift anymore for the field
You can lift all 4 tracks, for the full 6min of the tape and you can either drop all 4 tracks, or shift+drop to automatically bounce them to 1 track.

From memory, at launch, lift + drop time was the same as the original. Now it’s unlimited though. But it can take a long time if it’s long. Something to consider.
