So I’m sending my modular gates to the trigger in of the oplab - and although I understand things then move in steps by the gate - I can’t record complex melodies that are between the steps. So if I play 7 notes during 4 steps, it only records at a maximum 4 notes on those tracks or something - not the pretty melody I record in… Anybody figure out how to do this better? Should I try using midi-in instead of trigger in? Any help is massively appreciated!
someone correct me if i’m wrong
but i think there is a limit to how many ontes u can enter per step
the between the steps is still part of the actual step
and so counts towards the total number of notes per step
