Wonder is this an advisable mod to give the OP-Z a sturdier frame? A bit of extra weight might be nice too.

Oooh, mods! I’d love the feet to have a wider base, cause I feel like a clump when I press the minus, record or track key too hard, and the whole thing flips up a bit.
You’re right, a wooden base might be better with some palm rests either side

I’d be interested in buying a custom baseplate, or even wider screws that extend to the edge of the unit for max stability gains. Any progress?
extension module with 2 more batteries underneath the unit as an 3d print mod? + mount for a mic stands and/or laneyard connector… or something for op1+opz together mod.
