Hello Operators, and happy new year!
Got a PO-33 and a small Tascam recorder this Christmas. An ideal minimalist set-up after several months of creative slump… and indeed, it’s the most fun I’ve had with hardware for quite some time!
Here are two tracks that I knocked (see what I did there) this week…
Oldschool boombap is the name of the game, and I find that the KO! lends itself quite well to this aesthetic with its 8bits mu-law processing.
