Sketch sequencer Midi out with the synth engine?

Hello,
So I really like the sketch sequencer and I know it’s possible to send midi data with the sketch sequencer and the drum engine, but it’s not possible with the synth engine and that’s really a shame. Is there any workaround with this or is it really not possible ?

I think most users are a bit baffled by the sketch sequencer so you’re pretty much on your own. I’d love to hear what you’re getting from it.

I like to think of it as TE’s take on Daphne Oram’s Oramics Machine.

Yeah it’s not possible. I was pleasantly surprised there was any midi output… Why do you need it in both modes, can I ask? For layering stuff? Can you sample the sounds in the drum sequencer instead?

I remember this being discussed in the old forum, and I think somebody pointed out a good reason why it would be difficult for the synth version to support MIDI out, but I don’t remember why…

But yeah, still worth asking, definitely…
