[solved] what note does op-1 assign usb-added samples to?

i can’t find this anywhere, and am trying to fix a quarter-tone out of tune sine sub bass sample. if i add a sample to the snapshots folder via usb, what note does the op-1 assign that sample to? or, to put it the opposite way, what note should i tune samples to so that they play correctly when added via usb?


edit: found it through trial and error. it’s A3. hopefully this will be helpful to someone else!

definitely had this problem and other tuning issues with the synth sampler. I almost always use the drum sampler for melodic sampling now. Although the envelope controls suck.
