Sticky C-key

Hi there,
my 6 weeks old OP-1 F “develops” a sticky C-key, the one most right on the keyboard.
As soon I glide to it from the key below it stays down in pressed state.
Gliding from right to left over it gets the key up again. Happens like 2 out of 10 times.
Does interrupt some playing though…
Anyone has a solution?

i think SonWu posted something about this on his YouTube page if im not wrong. if you email TE support i think they can send you a replacement key if you are within warranty (which you obv are)

I just feel it’s not the key itself but the thing below it… Yes I’ll talk to TE… let you know the outcome. Thanks!

TE is going to send me a replacement key. They also said this problem would normally disappear after a while by itself.

Update: TE sent me a new key cap + scissor mechanics.
I’ve just replaced the key cap for now and everything works fine!
