I get impression that between TE not apearing on the NAMM offical list and the fact that they operated out of an SUV that perhaps they dropped the ball somehow on NAMM. I found this video from NAMM in Russian I believe and just thought it was interesting that you can see an OPZ in the truck. The two new pocket operators seem really cool but I’m waiting patiently for the OPZ
It sounds like there are several scales to select from, but no chromatic scale?
Honestly, from Cuckoo’s demos Speak seems like a rather sophisticated device suffering from insufficient number of buttons and processing power. I kind of got lost in the explanation of how it works.
I’m at NAMM now and got hold of one to play with. Did this quick jam:

If anyone else is at NAMM, can you try recording something non vocal into the speak? Like a clap or a whistle or a guitar or a synth?
Hi ludicrouSpeed I just left NAMM unfortunately I couldn’t find teenage engineering, sorry man. I did meet Cuckoo though, super awesome guy.

They’re in a van in the parking lot apparently. Like dodgy ice-cream salesmen.

Love this!
Well, PO-33 is exactly what I’ve always wanted from a PO sampler, and more. PO-35 looks cool af. Gonna have to get both. I keep GASing on stuff and forgetting I have to buy an OP-Z whenever that happens. Dangerous times.
