TE's OS update bricked my OP-1 - now they want to replace DSP PCB? Anyone experience this?

This has happened to at least one other person in this forum @ghostly606 reported he had problems with his OP-1 after using the wrong power cable with a hub.

I’ve been more careful since I read this
