Track 4 of my op xy stopped sounding in all of my projects. I tried to turn off and on but still the same. Sometimes it works but after changing projects it mutes again. I have the latest firmware. Can anybody help?

It happened to me too, couple of times. even if i load a new engine. it just doesn’t play.
sometimes, instead, it kinda “locks” the sound: i can’t change parameters like ADSR.
I have found no other solution than loading a new project.
Check if you have set the punch in fx…one of them alter the ADSR…
I recently had the same issue but with track 8. Really weird bug. Even loading new projects, the track was still muted. I discovered that in the mixer, track 8 was hard panned left, and if I panned it hard right, I could hear audio in my both headphones. If I pressed the encoder (to center) I could only hear audio in the right earphone. I manually panned right a little and could hear it in stereo. When I hooked it up to my audio interface the next day (3.5mm jack in the audio out) it worked as expected again. Definitely a bug. It’s been fine since. Maybe check your panning 
Now is working well. It seems that preset in the pluck engine I’m using was causing the bug. So try changing the preset of the track that is not working.

i have deleted parameters and switched engines. its always track 4,5 and 6. if i play 4 then switch to 5, it detunes 4. its just now become a slightly impressive party favor and not a usable instrument still no answer (month 3). i dont know who should be more ashamed. me or TE? never spend that much on a gimmick toy again. pity. it spoke to me more than any other synth EVER..NEXT!
I feel your pain. My OP-XY had an issue with track 8, and sometimes track 3, disappearing. At the time there were even more show-stopping bugs.
I enjoy my OP-1f very much but the OP-XY was frustrating for me. It was easy enough to learn but I encountered weird bugs every day. I disliked spending so much of my precious free time trying to work out what was going wrong using a nice screen that didn’t give me much needed information. My wife, who is a musician and generally a fan of new cool gear, called the OP-XY “that winky thing”.
