Have any of y’all figured out how to, or if it’s even possible to map the Play and Stop buttons on the OP-Z to a midi controller?
Ideally a foot switch of some sort.
if your controller can send the midi messages for play and stop then yes its 100% possible
these are special messages for transport, clock, etc.
usually called realtime messages
that are set aside from the normal midi note, cc, etc
most controllers should be able to send these
u could even make your own relatively easily
if u can’t find one suitable for your needs
