What to do in JAPAN?

A friend of mine always picks them up at the airport when he comes over. I guess it’s the best way as the promoters always shepherd him into that. :slight_smile:
Piece of cake bro!

Will keep an eye out when we land :slight_smile:

Make sure you have Google Translate. A recent update means you can take a photo of Japanese words/Kanji and by simply rubbing your finger over the characters it will translate. It’s a life saver!

Don’t worry. Well equipped with Google Translate :wink:
Use it a lot when I’m in China.

Love your enthusiasm @HisMostDarxxxellent .Those chambers sound amazing and the invite to gig at your venue with you was sweet. “Dreaming” of a holiday there…

One of my mates sent me this recent article about FiveG.
Seriously cannot wait to visit!

Niiiiice!!!
Actually, after this thread started and checking Echigoya’s online shop I decided to roll there. It’s fascinating to actually be there and see, touch, and feel what all the things I had seen and talked about. I was in element. I went to both 5G and Echigoya. Both shops are unique. 5G is high-brow shop whereas the other adheres to a work in progress shed-my-garden.
5G rocks because of all the synth work that is happening behind the counter. The vintage items on display aren’t all plugged in: this adds to my curiousity. The other I’d go to twice to 5G’s once. Everything is plugged in. I happily recall one of my first visits there. After I started hitting some keys the worker (maybe owner) started locking into my sounds via the DJ decks, we were jamming. It was all new to me, no sonic anchors were thrown. They’re really down to earth approachable guys. Big thumbs up to them!

I obtain a more favourable experience when I visit thrift stores. They’ve next to no idea of what they may be sat on. 66% accuracy. That’s probably why I do most of my shopping in those stores. I get an extra added sense of treasure finding that is impossible at the afore mentioned stores. They simply know too much!!! Hahaha

I recently wrote out a detailed itinerary for my friend who is unable to come since the sterling hitting record lows since '85. I’ll happily do the same for anybody, just PM me.

On a separate note I’m just about to get my haircut. For me it’s a must to get your haircut when coming here. The attention to detail is sublime (just show them a picture). I’ve lived in 5 countries and visited many more. I always get my haircut for many reasons in these various countries. He’s going to give me a cut throat shave as well. I always fall asleep during the part just before that. Unparalleled across the globe!

@Spheric_El awwww thank you!
