When I use disk mode in op1 field, it gives me an error

When I use disk mode on op1 field, it starts transferring, but always stops at 31%. Could someone help me tell why? thanks

Are you moving files in or out of the OP-1?

might be a corrupt file or something
is it always the same files u are trying to load?

also maybe try a factory reset or reformat the drive

No, I simply connect the Mac and press disk mode. It starts transferring and always stops at 31%, and crashes. However, I can extract the files through the TE app
