Why did this exception screen happen?

And is it bad ? I am a very new user. Only got this new from TE when they had the special. But then had knee surgery and have not picked it up more Than a couple of time since then. In fact it’s only been charged and depleted once and now it’s on 80 percent. I was just trying to explore the synths and used shift and a few buttons and this crazy screen appeared and it was basically bricked
So I had to reboot.

Is this something that is going to be an issue?
And do I need to write to TE?

Please any advice will be appreciated

hey welcome! no reason to worry. these crashes are super rare. it always helps though if you email TE support with the details so they can review and log the bug for their dev team to fix for the next firmware update.
