All OP-Z recorded from the output.

These next two were the first tracks I worked on with the OP-Z, but I lost the project data for both of them and am stuck with recordings that are a bit imperfect and not as concise as they could be…

Nice jam. I know it’s your first play around, but saw that you were switching patterns to unmute tracks. Definitely check out mute groups. If you hold the mixer index button next to the pattern button, you can mute and unmute tracks and store them to the numbered black key buttons, then hold the mixer index button and select between these mute groups to get more mileage out of single patterns. Every track can be saved as a mute group, so you could even create fills with the performance or tape tracks that can be muted/unmuted on the fly.

These are all really excellent - I’ve done loads of doodling on mine but have yet to get anything recorded. Top work peeps!

Not mine, but lovely enough to make it worth sharing. 100% OP-Z, BTW. Good stuff

Another jam session.

This is my first track with the op-z recorded directly from the audio out. I don’t have a good pair of monitors so the bass came out overpowering in my opinion, but that’s just my fault. I’m completely new to making music, so I am quite proud of this!

Nice track! I like the trappy hi-hats and the bass almost works as a pad, really good stuff, you should be proud!

I put together a little three track last night from a few patterns.

These are all from one long live take that I also got on video. I don’t know how to edit video but I might figure it out for this set as I did a little DMX freestyle solo as the beat rode out lol.

New here and new to Teenage Engineering.

The OP-Z inspired me to finally finish a track. I have been having writer’s block for a long time with other equipment. I made this within the first four days of owning the OP-Z. Let me know what you think! Thanks!
