Any shipping dates for the new series recieved yet?

I ordered the Super Set from TE on 2/4 and while I received an order confirmation, I’m patiently awaiting a shipping notice. Anyone that ordered later like me getting their sets or ship notice yet? Not sweating, just eager! :)

A friend of mine ordered the super set on 1/25 and sent TE a note to check up. They said, “because of internal shipping trouble, all PO metal series order have been delayed. The estimated dispatch time is within a week”. That was yesterday 2/13.

ARGH!! Thanks for the info, man! I guess in this case ALL probably means ALL. I was hoping that stock/shipping issues on individual units might be not extend to the Sets because of the sets being a more costly package and all… Oh well. I’ll keep waiting patiently. Maybe TE will send me a notification of the delay being that they’ve already taken payment.

Same friend just messaged me, they gave him 20% off his next order for the inconvenience! You should send an angry email!

I ordered a Speak + cables on Jan 29th. Emailed TE. They told me today that it was on hold because they have no cables! Ugh. I cancelled the cables.


If i’d have known that, I’d have cancelled (or not ordered the “In Stock”) cables.

Still waiting on my order from the 26th.
Contacted TE monday, they said they didn’t know why it was never sent. Then they said the cables I ordered wold have to be shipped from Sweden. Received shipping update for those to arrive tomorrow. Still nothing on the PO-35.

So, no joke, I literally just received my shipping notice 2 mins ago! :slight_smile: I want to thank the TE folks that have been following this thread! :wink: Can’t wait. Ordered 2/4.

Got my PO Speak last week. AMAZING unit, already sampled it for a live with the Digitakt <3 Everybody in the world deserves a PO-35!!!


The PO-33 arrived wednesday, but I´m struggling with Fedex to get it, so sad! :(((

In Brazil our customs duty is the product price + shipping fee. The Fedex shipping fee for the POs is just 9 USD - however, in a supreme weird way, the shipping fee in the Fedex system paid by Teenage Engineering is noted as 220 USD (???).

Because of this, they paid like 300 USD of customs fees and are asking me to pay back this crazy price to deliver my PO-33!

Already emailed TE, waiting now for a solution :’(

Oh! My brother used to tell me that this was the most frequently asked question when he worked at Delivery services Dallas. I love their service. It has helped me at the times when I needed to send packages to my clients on urgent basis and it also saved me when I forgot anybody’s birthday.
