I figuered out a “formula” to sync the delay of the OP-1 to the BPM:
(BPM * 0,46) - 11,5 = Delay Time
So for example if your track has 100 Bpm:
(100*0,46) = 46
46 - 11,5 = 34,5
The delay is alway slighty off the beat, but it works pretty good. I tend to go for the high number (in this case 35). The blue rings set the delay divider:
(1 Bar, 1/2 bar, …, 1/8, 1/16)
