I missed it this time around. Roughly how many do you make in a batch?
sorry u missed it. i sent ya a PM.
it varies depending on how much other stuff i have to build that week
how do you turn on monitoring on the opz? is this what you have to do when you have set opz as the audio output on ableton too?
im not sure off the top of my head
the button combo is in the guide tho for sure
in the post u are referencing
i was referring to hearing the external input source (via the combo TRRS jack) at the output
i’m not really sure what it does with audio over usb
Mine just arrived! Works perfectly. Already started sticking the stickers.
@davidfire521 Once you select the input (screen+2), press the Play button to monitor the sampler input. You can adjust input gain, too.
@mistercharlie nice setup! thanks for sharing
have fun!!
@docshermsticks How do I match impedance for an electric guitar plugged directly into the splitter?
turn the knob all the way down
plug your guitar into the splitter
turn the knob up until u are satisfied w/ the levels
may have to also adjust the gain on your Z too
that modified po is great work !
thanks dude!
Ordered one! Can’t wait!
thanks dude! hope u enjoy
OP-Z TRRS Splitter has to be the accessory of the year IMO. I had a Moog Subharmonicon, I was pretty fascinated by polyrhythms. If you want a quick explanation of what polyrhythms are actually are, I recommend this video POLYRHYTHM- Learn and MASTER 3:4 and 4:3 [MUSIC THEORY - RHYTHM- COUNTING] - YouTube
With the Splitter, I I have essentially a Subharmonicon. Kudos to digdugDIY for putting out something that TE should have, I do have to give credit for the timing of the Spitter and Teenage Engineering’s 1.2.38+ release. Although in the back of mind, I would almost 90% predict that 1.2.38 release is pointer for a forthcoming Audio IO module that will probably be released this year.
