Wasn't there a mention that the fx of the PO-12 were set to change from the demo units? Wonder if we'll be seeing something close to what @muhr and @mec1 were talking about, and getting an fx unit based on the PO-12, too.FTR that was my idea a few pages back. Just want credit if I'm right haha!!!
whups, sorry!
Bloody h*ll this is starting to affect my preparation for the exams… I keep obsessing about this aaaarg

This is a TE image from Instagram from last year. It’s concept sketches on a wall.

I would never, ever fucking bang on anything directly attached to that frail ass IO board @spacetravelmadeeasy lol...
with you!
This is a TE image from Instagram from last year. It's concept sketches on a wall.I think it's old sketches for the OP-1 when it was in development. But look at those things top right - they look like a mixer, 4x4 pads etc! ......
GOOD EYE!
@spacetravelmadeeasy nice detective work! (Crossing my fingers)
I had a dream TE came out with a hardware/software combo. The hardware was kind up like a cross between the Monolith and Focusrite iTrack Dock. It plugged only into the USB port, had 2x2 I/O, and doubled as a stand/workstation type thing. The software was a DAW which could read tape tracks (including all of the “clip” data) and had all of the synths, seqs and fx the from the OP1 and more. It was super badass

Wooah… where did you get these images from? @adh82
Hey those are def old pics. You can tell because there is an i instead of the Question bubble next to the metronome. I suspect those are early shots of the mixer section and an LFO maybe?

Those are def several years old. Prototype days I think
Yes they are from an early video on Vimeo, but the bar synth looks like the symbol on the namm teaser, don’t you think? From the video it sounds like the pd synth. But the interface could have been used for another synth. I have no idea what the other pic is of, just thought it was interesting
link to the Vid?
I tried to link the video but i don’t know how, search for “Scion Magazine 18” on YouTube. It’s Peter Bjorn and John’s John Eriksson playing around with a prototype a couple of years ago.
Cool, thanks. such a cool synth. Great track also.
