tbh i only just opened it last night right before sleep
so i didnāt get much into it yet
i spent most of hte time trying to figure out the fader cap shenanigans
i must have tried atleast 5-8 different styled fader caps of my own and none of them fit
i thought i had it with a mpc1000 qlink fader cap but it was just not wide enough or deep enough
so i ended up just gently pushing the one it came with on. all is well.
i dunno if this is helpful to others but when putting on my fader cap
i just was real gentle and pushed it on only as far as it wanted to go
without putting any real pressure on it
then i took it off and repeated the process.
each time it would go a little further until it was all the way down
also after each pass i turned the unit on to make sure the fader was still working
maybe 3 - 4 passes

Has anyone tested running a USB C splitter to simultaneously power the KO - 2 and use a USB midi keyboard?
Can anyone confirm if the line input works as an audio through, and if so can you send it through effects or anything?

Mine arrived today direct from Sweden. Button for fader was really tight but managed to get it on but not all the way. Seems to work ok but havenāt tried battery power or the speaker yet.

You know the holes down the sides? Do they connect with Technic Lego, and is the idea that you have a bunch of these/future siblings joined together? Apologies if this has already been discussed.

Has anyone heard anything back from TE or Retailer support about what they are going to do about the broken faders and speakers? I havenāt heard anything from my retailer after emailing them on Monday about my broken speaker.

My wife offered me the EP-133 today.
Fader broken. Packaging showing defaults.
I contacted TE right away with all they need (video, photos, proof of purchase, etc) and contacted the shop where it was bought too.
The shop asked me to contact TE on their behalf since I already have contacted them secretly time this year.
Waiting for an answer.
But if TE support is consistent - and I know them to be - they are gonna issue RMAs and exchange the units asap. Which could mean not before next batch, due in January (latest news on various forums).
Someone on Facebook said TE acknowledged the fader issues (blaming transit).
Iāll update if anything new happens

and yes i expect the same RMA processes which in my op1f cases have always resolved my issue but its just frustrating to have to do these errands for a device that ought to work normally.

20+ years buying gear all over Europe, I have to admit that TE - in less than a year - caused me way more problem than any other brand so far.
Which is, at the very least, a bummer.
Iāll wait for TEās support and decide if Iām keeping it or just admit defeat.
TE probably just knocked me out good - pun intended!

Purchased direct from TE, received yesterday in the UK. Read all the stories.
Yip, my fader is non responsive - this is really poor.
Opened a ticket, not a dickiebird. Will give them until Monday then book a flight to Sweden. (joking!)
What were they thinking re the packaging.

sorry to hear that man. sucks. well im down to visit stockholm one day haha. yeah seriously wtf no dense foam? im pretty sure a foam enclosure between the cardboard would have been worth the marginal increased cost for them.
i will apply for the head of distribution job and save their reputation overnight with nothing but foam hybrid material.
