Analog heat question - if I got my op-1 running through it, can I have control of the number of its tracks get affected by the heat? Like a bus send....so track 1 and 2 get affected but not 3 or 4
Guess you could pan stuff hard L/R in OP and only plug L or R in to Heat? Or heat might have internal mixing options to enable you to only affect one of the channels but sum/mix both in mono/stereo. Would be a useful feature request if it isn’t there in heat already.
But besides this, no (unless I’ve missed something), Op-1 only has one output so whatever goes out together, stays together
Thats a shame. The Sonic State video mentioned Octatrack having the ability to pipe out individual sends into Heat…Had a wild hunch something like that was possible in OP-1

Heat looks really good. Annoyingly it’s a pretty good deal for the price but more than I can justify spending on that kind of thing right now. I’ll have to carry on with ghetto hardware workarounds and ITB for that stuff for now… Will maybe get one next year tho. Looks super convenient/intuitive/versatile/hands on for dialling in different character.

Nice nice nice! Reason sold my MG2.0 was because of stability issues but these seem to have been all ironed out now particularly in the last two OS releases.
